Bath Yoga

This is a 10 Minute Restorative Bath Yoga sequence great for all levels and super convenient.
Bath Yoga is perfect for athletes, moms or if you’re just looking for some extra relaxation.
I recommend using a grip mat made for baths so that you can practice in a safe comfortable way.
You may also use a towel or bath pillow for your head or back for more comfort throughout the poses.
This is not recommended for kids, those who get dizzy or feel unsteady.
