30 Minute Yin Yoga For Relaxation

Join me for a 30 minute yin yoga practice while we rest in 7 different poses for about 3 minutes each to help stretch, release physically and emotionally and relax the mind body and soul. This practice is also great for hips and back pain.

Beginner friendly, Just grab a pillow or a bolster and lets get started!
