Why Should I Do This Yoga Challenge?
This yoga challenge was created to help release physical and emotional stress in turn creating space within the body through various styles of yoga. This 5 class yoga challenge offers flexibility, strength and mobility while offering the body and mind a release. Think of this series as a shedding and rebirth.
These 5 hip flexibility classes are a great way to release tension and gain deeper flexibility and range of motion.
Know that this series isn’t intended for the extra inflexible practitioner or beginner. If you do feel inflexible or find yourself unable to touch your toes, i highly recommend checking out my 30 day flexibility series for complete beginners and the inflexible practitioner.
What Yoga Props Do I Need For This Yoga Challenge?
Yoga props are really important in the practice of yoga as they help us find our edge in each pose and movement while offering the body support so we can safely access each pose and stretch.
- 2 Blocks (Alternatives: Stack books and tightly secure them with tape)
- 4 or more Pillows (Alternatives: Large folded blankets)
- Yoga Strap (Alternatives: Belt, Long Sheet, Long Sleeve Sweater)
