I created my YouTube Yoga channel a few years back in 2016 if i’m correct. My intentions were and will always be to help keep yoga free and accessible to all, every-body deserves access to yoga and at a level they can truly grasp and be able to connect with the body and mind without feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. Yoga isn’t about how bendy you are or could get, it’s not about how long you can hold a plank, forget about what social media portrays…Yoga is and will ALWAYS be about connection.

What is connection? connection could be as simple as acknowledging your breath for one slight moment. Connection can be as simple as feeling an area of the body stretch for the first time, an area you never knew existed…that moment were you then begin to explore movement and the presence that naturally will come with it. Yoga is the connection to feeling your best.

No one has left the mat ever regretting stepping foot on it. The hardest part is getting to the mat and being in the comfort of your own home and sometimes even a chair or bed makes practice feel more inviting to many…including I!

My channel dives deep into restorative Yoga, a gentle take on those intense vigorous flows. Offering restorative gentle yoga flows and passive routines helps one feel restored but also at times energized depending on the class intention without having to do any advanced postures or movements.


I have found a passion for helping others find inner peace, self love and happiness through the practice of Yoga & Meditation which is why you will also find guided meditations to help you through the day and or sleep better at night.

This 20 Minute full body yoga warm up is beginner friendly but most importantly created with inflexible people in mind to help increase flexibility in an accessible safe & enjoyable way.

“After never sticking to an exercise program my whole life and having chronic migraines and fatigue for 8 years, now I finally have found something I enjoy and have stuck to. A huge part of that was Yoga With Bird. I found a really gentle yoga stretch YouTube video I could actually do everyday and have been able to build from that.
