You’ve probably heard or seen this cool wheel THINGY around social media or your local yoga studio. The Yoga Wheel is such a great prop to have on hand even if you aren’t a regular Yoga practitioner. Props in my opinion aid in our quality of life especially if your career has you standing or sitting for long hours, this is where a Yoga wheel can come in handy.
Benefits of Yoga Wheels:
- releases upper and lower back tension
- neck tension,
- relieves sciatic nerve,
- awakens the back muscles promoting healthy blood flow/circulation.
- helps to heal back injuries and chronic back pain, it also helps decrease chances of any future back injury.
- massages entire length of the spine
- creates space within the body, especially the chest back and shoulders.
- stretches the abdominal muscles.
- and so much more!
