Best Morning Yoga To Feel Your Best

The way we start are morning’s can make or break us, so the question is, how do you start your day?

Morning yoga has become an essential part of my day, making sure i get movement in before anything whether it be right in bed or hoping on the mat after setting up my morning coffee. Knowing that i did something for me, my physical and mental health before anything else completely sets the tone for my day. After i bring breath and movement into the body i feel physically and mentally free and can then focus more clearly on the tasks that need to be done, and as a teacher i am able to then offer space for students in the way that they need.

You may be the type to wanna soak up every last milli-second you have left resting in bed before the alarm sets off, so did I! But acknowledge that, that is simply a habit we formed and can form more fulfilling habits instead. If im correct they say it takes about 18 day’s to form a habit, but i believe it can happen sooner, why not make connection to self a morning habit?
