10 Minute Yoga For Back Pain Using Yoga Blocks

I think it’s safe to say that the majority of us will experience back pain at least once in our lifetime. But it is totally manageable with consistency and the correct practice to help target those areas. Often times we are hunched over a desk or standing for long hours, this really puts a strain on our backs especially if our core is weak. A great way to help relieve back pain is by utilizing Yoga Blocks! Yoga blocks can be found for an inexpensive cost via amazon or at stores like walmart. I think out of all the props floating around in the yoga and fitness world, Yoga blocks should be in everyone’s house! So if you don’t have one yet I strongly suggest you snag one or two.

Below is a restorative Yoga practice utilizing a Yoga block. This practice is intended to help relieve tension and pain throughout the upper and lower back along with the hips. this will also get into the chest and psoas. See you on the mat!
